As you’re thinking about your budget, we also encourage you to think about the items you can’t compromise on. For some, it’s the custom kitchen, while others dream for the perfect bathroom. Knowing exactly what you want, but also what you’re willing to compromise on will help our team design the perfect home for you within your budget. We want to build the kitchen of your dreams—but we need to know you want marble countertops during the planning phase and not once we’ve already begun construction.
