Final Walkthrough
Once our team has finished our work, we’ll schedule a final walkthrough so you can see your finished space and ensure it meets your expectations (we’re pretty confident it will). Our goal at this point is your 100% satisfaction with the completed renovation.
Clean
We pride ourselves on keeping dust and debris contained to as small a space as possible. And once we’re done with our renovation we do a thorough cleaning to return your home to a like-new condition. Post-remodel cleaning should be fairly minimal for you as the homeowner, but the cleaner you keep your new space the better.
Register Warranties
If your remodel contains appliances or other equipment—audio visual, kitchen appliances, or a new washer or dryer take a few minutes to read (and save!) the manuals and return any warranty cards. Taking a few minutes now will save you considerable time, and money, down the road if for some reason an appliance stops working.
Make a Maintenance Checklist
You’ve just spent a lot of money on a renovation. Now you want it to look beautiful and last for a long time. Ask about how to maintain hardwood floors or marble countertops. Care for them regularly so they last for your family to enjoy for years to come.
